I had this guy a few years back and his class is a waste of time and money. Unfortunetly, one of his classes was a pre-req so he was unavoidable. His movie selection was horrible, his test were just movie trivia pursuit, and if you express your opinion and it is not in line with his, you will have problems. If anyone reading this currently has him, tell him the student who called him an **** says hi.

He is dumb, and his movies are terrible, but he is easy. I sat up front and talked all semester, and he actually stopped class to reprimand me. It was awesome. He told me he had had it up to here with my sh@!. And I still got an A. Good old Nagy.

By far the worst teacher I had at UNT. His lack of teaching anything new (Mrs. Doubtfire for film school??!!) and willy nilly chosing of films, inspired me to leave the film program to be better challenged else where.

A bit on the **** side, but I enjoyed his layed back attitude and his movie selection was excelent. A bit intimidating to talk to...but that might have just been from the fact that I was a freshman.

Poor taste in movies. He shows us some garbage and even amits some of the movies he shows are bad. Some are good but most are old junk or Hollywod garble. Doesn't seem all there class and tests are easy but expect to have a nice boring time.

Last name pronuonced Nauge. I'm telling you because he won't remember to. Scatter-brained. His film preferences seem to be more of the clasical style not much for breaking the rules.

Very boring and confusing. He expects you to interpret films, but only his interpretations are acceptable. Find another teacher if you want to learn something.

Very rigid. More like a drill instructor than a creative type. His instructions are muddled and vague. His evaluations are from the far right and his taste is terrible!
