Takes a complicated subject and makes it easy. Gives sample questions before exams that are the same as the exam questions! Also allows you to use your notes and book during exams. Another professor could have made this course a nightmare, Nagy didn't

I took this class half online and half in the class room. Naggy is very helpful if you ask to see a problem. Class was my blow off class since i forgot about it since it was online. Before the exams and quizzes always check out the practice quizzes and exams since some of the questions are the same. Class isnt hard if you do the modules

He's really easy, but a terrible professor. I'm so glad I took the class online. He isn't helpful at all through email, doesn't really seem to care to help, and I had to get a ton of outside help. Like I said, he's an easy professor so it wasn't hard getting an A, but definitely do NOT expect him to help or care.

Nagy is the man. His personality and sense of humor alone make it worth attending class. I feared this would be a difficult class but thanks to a great teacher and the fact we can use formulas on the exams I did better than expected. Take him over any Finance teacher whenever possible.

Sometimes he doesn't explain the material or only explains half of it, but ask him for help because you can use all your notes on exams which makes the class easy! He is the only corporate finance professor that allows notes on exams.

Prof. Nagy is sort of like Prof. Conley. He lets you use notes, book, etc on the test. Memorization is stupid, which he understands. He is a great professor, explains how to do everything, and he makes sure you know how to do the work. Once the tests come, you then know how to apply the information you learned. A+++ professor!

Naggy is the BOMB. The faces he makes during class are worth going every day. This class was really easy because he tells ya how to do everything, and everything is open note/book anyways. best class ever!
