BEST professor. He is very knowledgeable and interested in the subject of organic chemistry. Exams make you think but they are fair. He explains everything really well and he makes sure people understand. He made me love orgo :)! I'll miss his classes.

Lemieux really knows how to teach - which is good, because this class is HARD! Going to class is a must, but it's almost impossible not to learn something while there, he's just that good of a teacher. Hope I get him again.

Comment:
One of Lemieux's greatest strengths is that he sets things up in a way that focuses on certain key concepts over the course of his lectures, as opposed to presenting facts we have to memorize, which is often how Organic Chmeistry is taught. That isn't to say these concepts are easy or completely straightforward, but he presents it very clearly.

Incredible prof; his lectures are seamless and it really seems like he's going in one direction. He isn't all over the place like some profs. Really knows his stuff, if you understand several key concepts he presents the entire course makes sense. Oh, and the boy loves his jeans and black t-shirt.

He gets down to the point with out going off onto any inane tangents. He summarises the previous lecture so we know what we're building upon. All and all a great prof. He just as this thing about NOT GIVING ANY PART MARKS--it's all or nothing when it comes to the exam/midterm.

Lemieux speaks to students in a condescending manner. He refuses to be corrected when he has made errors. He doesn't prepare students for his exams. Unapproachable. Poor explanations of important concepts. Tries to be intimidating. Always appears to be wearing THE SAME jeans!!!
