Comment:

I was always worried about taking a Psych class, but I'm glad I took it with Dr. Schilf. He has lots of experience and connects what we are learning, to personal experiences. Really helps you remember. He also does quiz review sessions (literally goes over the questions and answers). The only grades you get in his class are from the quizzes.

Hands down the funniest teacher I've ever had. Does review sessions right before the test to help you understand. If available take his class. He will always give you help either 1 on 1 or in a group as long as you ask and show him you want to do better. If you're doing bad and don't ask for help he won't give it to you.

Easy class, gives you the power-points that are used based off of the quizzes. Just show up to class, listen and make notes off the power-points and you are in good shape. Dr. Bob was a funny and respectable professor as well.

This class was one of the hardest classes I have ever taken. There are study groups that are at a specific time and if you don't go to them you don't pass. The tests are so specific that reading the book is pointless and even though he is funny, he doesn't really lecture on anything that's on the test. My major is psych and I had to teach myself.

Bob really takes the time to make the class easy. He makes sarcastic comments here and there so you really cant take him seriously. Since he has to be there, he at least wants people to participate. Loved him and the way he organized his class. Quizzes are super easy if you take notes.

Although he genuinely cares about the success of his students Professor Schilf is not skilled at instructing. His lectures account for less than 5% of whats on the test and this really hurt my grade early on. He says take notes and youll be fine, however this is not true. YOU MUST read the book and complete a few concept checks, then youll do ok

Dr. schilf always made class interesting. He is hilarious, you definitely have to get used to his humor but once you figure it out, he's awesome! You have quizzes, but he goes over them with you before the test if you attend the study group.

My favorite teacher I've ever had. He creates intimate bonds with his students and incorporates humor and discussion to keep each class as engaging as possible. Many teachers can be mechanical in their approach to teaching he is far from it. His class was the highlight of my days. it's refreshing having a teacher with passion and humor every day.

Dr. Bob is the nicest professor I have ever had. He looks for ways to help his students and Is willing to give his time before class to make sure everyone passes he is great. All you have to do is ask for help and he will meet with you. He offers study groups and makes the class fun and easy!! You will have to read the chapters but it's not too bad

Dr. Bob is awesome, he's a psychologist so he has very interesting personal stories to share with what your learning, super funny! He is super helpful if your not doing well on the quiz's, nearly impossible to fail, i would take him over and over again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Professor schilf is very laid back. Theres quizzes every week but when you take the quiz you get to go home right after. His lectures are kind of boring only because he never stops talking and he can get off topic but its still understandable. No final just a quiz and one paper. Very easy class.

Schilf is the funniest teacher I have ever had. You have to be very open minded because he will say some stuff that one could consider offensive, but if you have a good sense of humor you will be perfectly fine! There are just quizzesafter every chapter, 1st two are open note and the final is a quiz! Super easy and a fun class to take!

Do not take him if you take comments personally. He is not judgmental, he just has a different sense of humor and is very sarcastic but funny. I really enjoyed going to his classes. There is a quiz for each chapter which are not hard if you study the notes and read the book. You can ace the class by just reading the book. Would take him again
