lectures are really boring, for the most part, & since probably half the exam questions come from class "discussions"/videos/etc you can really be screwed if you miss much.

Lectures straight out of the book, as others have said. Usually showed up 5-10 minutes late for class. Very easy but insanely boring. Attending the class is a waste of time but he takes attendance. Just read the book.

This guy is a real tool. The conversations on products that have failed and succeeded in the market and those products that are in test markets now are interesting. But when he lectures the book material he just reads the book. Just read the chapters.
