My favorite two classes I have ever taken. You learn more math in one class than an entire semester with a math professor. He teaches about half of the upper level classes and is an amazing lecturer.

Dr. Walsh is a very hard teacher. His lectures go into a lot of detail, but then are not consistent with the tests. His tests are way too hard for the stuff he teaches, and a lot of info is up to you to find. I would not recommend this class unless you like and know a lot about spaceflight

this class is boring as hell. i thought it would be ok but he doesnt even talk about spaceflight, he just spouts about photons and particles and whatever else and tests are way too hard. dont take this class. take cosmos or geology instead of taking this class.

For this level of class, it is very difficult for several reasons. One, his tests should be much easier than presented (I study on a regular basis by the way). Two, math shouldn't be lectured in a lecture hall of over 150 students. Three, most of the class is either sleeping or talking during lectre
