He is not a bad teacher, but not the best. Some of the material is unclearly presented at first. You will need to practice often. I like how he makes you think in class , he is the type of teacher to let a student learn fem their mistakes. He takes massive points off on the exams. Group work counts as a grade. I would take him again with hindsight.

step by step instructions given during class on how to complete each problem. All of the tests are from examples/problems he writes on the board. As long as you are a good notetaker and complete the homework problems from the book, it's pretty simple. Also a good class to take just to learn the basics.

Fun teacher. The class isnt too hard, but make sure you go to class and take notes. if you pay attention you'll do fine on his tests. He always puts a question on the test that makes you think, a trick question so be ready for them. all in all not bad at all.

Overall good professor. If you attend class and pay attention there is much to be learned, however he is a VERY tough grader. Small mistakes can lead to massive point loss on problems. Definitely feels like an "A" or "F" class. Very tough on English grammar. Possible to fail ANY of Dr. Webber's Programming classes due misuse of English in write ups

I took Dr. Webber for Calculus I, II, and III, and I think he is great. He is very fair and never loses his cool. Calculus is a difficult class no matter who the professor. The book is helpful, especially the CD. TRY THE CD IN THE BOOK and make sure you do some problems every day or so and you will get an A in Dr. Webber's class.

he's a smart guy, a bit arrogant and closed-minded at times, but he knows the material. he gives frequent homework and takes off way too many points for minor errors. i wouldn't vouch for his ability to teach math courses well, but he's great at teaching programming.
