NEVER TAKE HIS CLASS!!!! Every class he gives you a 20+ page packet of just notes and he reads straight from them. And when he feels like it, he gives you a 100 question test on the things you covered THAT CLASS!! And those 4 tests are your ONLY grades...don't waste your time with this class. Take ANYBODY else's class!!!

:/ Not the greatest professor. When I took him last year, he wasn't focused on really having us KNOW the material. He doesn't use the book, but provides his own notes, which is ok, except that u can trash them after the lecture unless u need them for the take-home test. Knows his stuff, but I could've taught that class better with my eyes closed:/

This guy was fantastic. His lectures were extremely interesting and he has a wealth of knowledge! Highly recommend taking his class.

Comment:

Mr. Young is a very nice man but not a good teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge, but his teaching style is hard to follow. He rushes through the material and stumbles over his words. The tests are take home and not hard but do take several hours to complete. Don't buy the book--he doesn't follow it at all but uses his own notes exclusively.
