I wonder why many people said that she is good. She does not give more than 3 her for her midterm and final in class exams so be ready. She is a super hard grader,she don't grade quick so students don't drop her class.If you are taking her for summer,get ready for 7 essays.If you fail midterm or final exam, you get automatic F.

Doctor Short is incredible!! She is always willing to help, and is really funny â?? occasionally abrasive and rude, very sarcastic - but it's all in good spirits!! You do have to work in her class but you learn a lot and I am always excited to go to lecture, and I will always remember what she has taught me.

Really cool teacher. Attendance is a must in this class! Keep up with the readings and papers. You may have an in class presentation and term paper. Don't screw up on your works cited page, and you will do awesome!!!

u really do have to earn ur grade. she is really cool and super laid back. she is always willing to help as long as u ask for it in time. as long as u work hard, ask for help, prepare in class, be on time and participate, u'll do fine.

She is VERY VERY liberal and isn't afraid to show it. Talks about bias in the war, but I have found several cases where she herself was bias and only presented one side of the story. You earn your grade in her class.
