Quite frankly, he is among the best professors anywhere on this ball of rock. He teaches a tough course with insanely interesting material and he does a phenomenal job of doing it. If you ever have a chance to take his course, it is a no-brainer.

worst econ course i've taken at queen's. the course notes are ok but not enough depth to be extremely useful for studying. lots of choice on the final though so marks pulled up a fair bit. nice enough guy, just hated the material.
