Robin is a rare breed, but the BEST! You'll never want to miss a class because they're always interesting & entertaining. She is upbeat, funny, and extremely intelligent. She treats all of her students fairly, and grades accordingly (do your work & show up). Be sure to participate, she loves sarcasm, and critical theory. She's AMAZING!

I had Robin for Currents in American Literature, she was very helpful and challenging. Although she does use WebCT a lot, posting was useful and relevant. She is funny and VERY intelligent. If you don't like class discussions (that are sometimes intense) -don't take a class with her. Overall-this was a GREAT experience.

I've had Prof Derosa for a number of classes and let me tell you, she definetly knows her stuff. The only issue I have with her is her extensive use of WebCT, which has been increasing over the years. If you can not stand WebCT, you might want to avoid her class. However, you do learn a great deal of information in her classes.
