Couldn't be better...very passionate about constitutional law. Great storyteller, and very clear on the material. High expectations, but you get alot out of the class. Very supportive of students.

Very nice man, very helpful. The subject material is incomprehensibly dry but he does his best. Not easy by any stretch of the imagination but marking is very fair. Has the best 'stache ever.

I found him a very hard marker but he rewards independent thought. Prepare your essays before the exam! His essay questions are extremely predictable so there is no excuse for not having them worked out ahead of time. Talk to him outside of class - he's actually interesting & interested.

Attendance isn't mandatory that I could tell but it definitely helps. Excellent prof otherwise. Not an inordinate amount of reading, easy to follow, doesn't really countenance jabberers but dissuades in a classy way [no one feels embarrassed]. Think before offering an answer - he really is interested in what you think and will ask questions.
