Dr. O'Brian is a nice lady, and she's kind of funny. The class is really really easy and mostly interesting enough. She seems to have favorite students, but you also feel like she likes everyone so that's OK. Everyone says that everyone get's an A, and I don't know if that's true, but I did and I didn't really need to work on it at all.

She's a nice lady, but she misses a lot of classes. Sometimes she just wings it, but that's OK because she's pretty interesting to listen to. Don't bother doing too much work because her standards are really low. Everyone, literally everyone, gets an A unless you don't show up for an exam. It does not inspire great work, but it means no stress.

O'Brian makes Cultural Anthropology enjoyable and fun. She is very clear on what tests will look like and what she expects in papers. She is an easy grader. Her only downfall is that she takes weeks to hand work back. Definitely would recommend taking this class.

Professor O'Brian is such a good teacher. I will continue to take classes with her. The class is pretty easy and enjoyable. You are expected to do the reading and study for the quizzes. However, there is a very minimal amount of work presented to you which is extremely nice. She is a very understanding women, and always has her students in mind.

She's fun and engaged. I'm surprised at all the comments that say she's hard--she grades fairly easily in at least the intro classes, and as long as you try you do pretty well. She expects writing, but it doesn't need to be fantastic.

absolutely wonderful teacher, very helpful and really knows her stuff. She is a very engaging teacher and makes class fun and interesting. I've taken almost all her classes just becuase she is fun to listen to and makes learning easy to do, its not boring at all. She is awesome!!!

Hardest class on campus. Dr. O'Brian calls on you sometimes to make you talk. The reading is impossible and you want to hit your head with with a giant bat instead of opening your book. Scared me every single day we had class.
