Great teacher, funny guy. LW220 is a stupid, boring joke of a class. I hate that I had to take it. Rodd made this class a pleasure to sit through. I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately, he is moving out of state soon. Sign up for his class while you still can!!!

Ok.I have been boxing for 12 years. Coach is a body builder. This guy is a joke. Granted he is an ok teacher and knows his stuff. Dont expect him to help you with much. Dude only likes people that are male and wieght lift regularly.Also put this class beofre a death in the family or sickness. JOKE
