Pretty easy grader. Lectures are interesting, but he really likes to put history and trivia questions on his tests. He only gave us an hour to do a midterm where we needed two, but was REALLY generous with the grading. Overall good instructor. Really promotes in-class participation and discussion.

Very nice teacher, lets you rewrite all your essays. Come up w/ ur original idea, u get a good grade, very hard when it comes to grading essays. I got a bad grade writing that paper on American ****, not much difference between bunny ranch and street ****s he says... XD... revenge....

He is a nice guy and funny at times. He seems to love intepreting the sexual references in literature (you decide if that's a good thing or not). He is mostly open to new ideas, but he usually tries to point you in a direction that he likes.

for essays all you have to do is listen to the discussion and write it all down with a thesis... didn't help me come up with my own original theses, and when i did, he was iffy about it. very open minded and likes talking about everything.
