He is a great teacher! I had him for ceramics for non-majors and it was a lot of fun. You don't have to be an amazing artist, but if you put effort and time into your projects, and listen to his advice, you will do well. He is very helpful and encouraging.

Ron is my favorite Norwegian, however, I kept missing his lesson on the meaning of life. Best sculpture teacher EVERRRRRRR!!!! Taught me everything I know. I miss him a lot.

ron's just a good guy. he doesn't really lecture that much- lets you do your own thing, encourages creativity. when he does lecture, i almost feel sorry for him- he's kinda slow- but underneath he seems really sweet and funny- hes really thoughtful.
