Not my favorite professor. He wasn't clear on the testing material or his paper expectations (which was on Robin Hood...even though we weren't studying that at all.) Once I figured out what he wanted out of his students I was able to get high marks on the 2nd paper and final. I also improved my doodling techniques out of boredom during class.

He is not very kind and definitely not understanding to his students. He also WILL NOT respond to e-mails and he misses about 10 classes a semester. I WOULD NEVER TAKE HIM AGAIN.

Interesting teacher. However, is an EXTREMELY tough grader probably the hardest I have ever had. I would not suggest taking his class if you want to keep a high GPA. He will try to help you but it does not do much because of his strenuous grading. Make sure and come to class prepared or he will kick you out. No joke. Overall, insanely difficult.

He doesn't just know Shakespeare. He KNOWS Shakespeare. He is intelligent, articulate, and very helpful outside of class. If you do your homework, you shouldn't have any problems. I actually enjoyed waking up in the mornings and to go to EN 333. Do not miss taking his class, even if he doesn't like the CW (which isn't the greatest, BTW)!

Sooooooooooooo wonderful, probably one of the best teachers I have ever had! He is so willing to help you and is so patient with you. Really get to know him by asking a lot of questions in and out of class and he will really want to help you. He is very fair, and he makes the class and all the readings very interesting!

Great guy with excellent ideas, always eager to help and takes time out of class as needed, great lectures and makes Shakespeare very interesting and understandable. He really gets into it, which makes it fun. Grades to the point that he expects you to know your stuff, but not ridiculous either. Take Him!
