Very boring lectures, but very interesting works. Easy to understand but very boring. Course was accumulative, with a total of 4 novels, 2 plays, and roughly 30 other shortstories/poems, all of which must be memorized to identify random passages on the exam. This was a course with some of the best works I've read in my entire undergrad. He was an effective prof at making the course very interesting, a nice, funny guy - despite his tendency to like group work, and his somewhat stringent marking. Still, quite recommended.
