She kind of reminds me of Edna Mode for the Incredibles. She was a fairly good prof. Explained common mistakes that students make. The midterms were easy and the final was not bad. Attend class. She will give out hints for the exam, and is a fair marker.

The course had very difficult material to understand but if you continuously go to all her lectures, PA and PASS sessions the exam will be a breeze. Overall she knows her stuff and seems like she wants everyone to do well.

Great Professor! Her course notes are very good, and she's very experienced to point out common mistakes during lectures so that students don't have to make the mistakes when doing questions.

Worst prof I've ever had, reads her own notes off a projector (which are not clear to begin with). Was registered with the PMC and part of my accommodations was to get notes from a volunteer notetaker, it was her responsibility to announce the need for one, and I talked to her about it twice yet she still never announced it. Had to drop the course!

Awful, cannot understand anything she says during the lectures, and looking around the class it's clear others feel the same way. It's a shame that the school assigns the worst prof, to one of the most difficult courses.

Rong liu is great teacher. She does have an accent at the beginning, but it is easy to adjust to. Her grading is fair and is always there to help the students when in need. Go to her lectures, they're worth it.

She really cares about her students and definitely wants them to understand the content. However, it was very difficult to understand her through her thick accent. You definitely have to go to class if you want a good mark in this class. Fair marker for exams.

Great Prof. Her lectures are interesting and very important to attend. She is a little unclear at first, but after a while you understand her. She really cares about the students, and is very helpful. The exams were a little hard. She marks very fairly though, and will give much more marks for the process taken, not just the final answer.

Rong is the man! errr...woman. Whatever. Her lectures are OK, but one-on-one she is VERY helpful. She wants everyone to do well, and takes more interest in your success than you do. Her grading is based entirely on process. Learn the ideas and equations.

she's great. gives A LOT of marks for the method used...like...upto 90% of the marks for a question if you write down JUST the right equations (but have no idea to use them ;)). However, she knows each and every studnet and knows when someone is just a dumb ass! She will also bump up your final mark a bit if you've been a good student all term!
