I took her for Intro to College Reading. Her class is really fun and the articles are interesting to read. There's one presentation that can be a group or by yourself. There's also a midterm paper and a final paper. The hw isn't bad if you just simply dedicate at most an hour. If you have an A before the final, you don't have to take it :)

Took her online class. She was very clear. Had set due dates. She was helpful and quick to answer e-mails and clarify online to whole class any questions. Found the class fun and very educational. She was wonderful and I would take classes from her in the future.

Awesome teacher! I never thought that I could write until I took her class. Honestly, if she ever gave anyone a bad grade it was because they seriously deserved it. I highly recomend getting her as a teacher.

I did every single assignemnt and put a lot of effort in it. However, it was not enough for her, she came up with ridiculous grades, even though her comments were that I had done great. She is extremely unorganized and unreliable. Don't expect to get help from her, not even to clarify her confusing method of "teaching."

I would a agree it's easier then she seems at first. A lot of tedious assingments, but they aren't worth a whole lot, attendance is a small part of garde, lots of helpfu8l class discussions, intersting topics and assingments, a good amount of homework. someone reccomended her to me who loved her

I was surprised how easy this English 1B class is. At the beginning when I saw the syllabus with 5 essays and other random assignments I got freaked out but then as the quarter got going it was simple. 3 mini midterm essays 2 out of class essays which are EASY! Go events, journals, online workshops! I liked the variety! It made it interesting!

Don't take this class if you already know your stuff. I had to redo my english because they didn't accept it from where I transferred from. Essentially I got an A, 2B+s and an A- for my essays and ended with a C for reasons I may never understand. She also requires you to spend a gross amount of hours in the writing center.

Very helpful to all students. Very good use of class discussions on book readings, so make sure you read BEFORE class. The homework and class activities were extremely helpful in developing a very well written essay.
