Awesome professor. Entertaining, clear, helpful, and the exams are very forgiving. One of the best teachers and courses I've taken. This is definitely the Prof to take for this class.

Probably the best teacher you can have for this kind of subject. He is ....hilarious....and explains the material very clearly. I didn't even touch the textbook...didn't feel the need to. Tests are extremely fair.

He teaches his class with all equations, and less words, more in your face numbers, than ideas and thoughts like Klebnar, Easy class although I like words better than numbers. You dont really need a book for his class, easy A, but no room to mess up on any of the 2 tests that make up the grade, 50 - 50.

He's not a bad person but this class was way too easy. I'm sure he knows a lot, and maybe he should impart that knowledge on students. Didn't learn much and have forgotten everything. I took economics in high school and was more challenged there.

To be honest, Professor Weiner is not a bad professor at all. He teaches well and makes sure you understand all concepts. His tests are easy but if u mess up 1 of the 2 tests he gives you, your final grade is entirely effected, because its Test 1(50%) + Test 2(50)% = Final grade. HE DOES NOT GIVE CURVES, IF THATS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

I learned alot more in this macroeconomics class than in Prof. Klebaner's Eco 100 class. Prof. Weiner teaches directly about economics rather than indirectly, of what Prof. Klebaner teaches you. Highly recommended! Easy tests. Grades are calculated by TEST 1 and TEST 2 (50% each). A+++ PROFESSOR

He is one of the most best eco professor in city. I had him last semester, although I missed the final exam, he still given me a chance to make it up. He is a very nice guy and he explains all the materials clearly. Highly recommended.

Most of the class busy copying his notes to the blackboard. Covered 10% of the course book. If I open the book now (and I got an A)- chances are I will not know what’s going on. Over all, seems like teaching is a burden to him and football is way more fun. If you want to LEARN â€" not recommended.

Weiner is amazing. You learn alot in his class if you show up and pay attention. Not arrogant. Loves explaining things so that you understand them. Fair exams, except for some multiple choice questions. Great attitude about his job. Always willing to help you understand complex concepts.
