Professora Fagundes is a Gaucha but nicer than most..haha, she is really easy cuz she knows the RMs already know how to speak anyway...i learned a lot of grammar and new words tho...definitley reccomend her

Loved her teaching style. She cares about the students and cares about their doubts on the material. She relates really well with the students and is smart. Funny too. She offers extra credit every now and then, but you won't need it if you study. She's really good about telling you exactly waht to study. I want her as a teacher again!!

She is a really great teacher. She knows her stuff, and is willing to help anyone should they have valid concerns. Yes, she does make some assumptions about her students: it was a 315 class for crying out loud! She's right; one SHOULD know portuguese well if you're in that class. She was an awesome teacher, gave out some extra credit...loved it!

Rubia is extremely nice. She sometimes assumes that you know grammar rules rather than taking the time to teach you. She likes to base her quizzes on obscure stuff. She did a great job of helping us prepare for the final.

Awesome teacher, she knows her native language well (Portuguese) and teaches it just as well. She does her absolute best to help her students. Class was enjoyable and she was very easy to understand.

Rubia is a nice a person, although I don't think she likes me personally. I feel like she is a little insecure sometimes about teaching. She approaches all literature the same way - it's criticism. I wish I had a dollar for every time she's said that in class. This is my second class with her and I got a little tired of it.

She was a wonderful teacher with a great personality. A fun class and she helped RM's out a lot, fixing mistakes. If you work at it and study an A isn't too hard to get, just be focused. I think she moved back to Brasil.

Please ignore the comment by whoever it was that said she is only interested in dating the students. I took Port 315 from Rubia, and not only is she an outstanding teacher, she has become my friend. She is very fun, active, and energetic. She is demanding, but only enough to make you really learn the language and fix your missionary goofs. Great!

Rubia wasn't my kind of teacher. We're all RM's and that is her mentality when teaching. Basically we already know what's going on therefore no explimation is needed. Just a quick review. I learn off in class lecture and explination. Other than that she is cool.
