This guy is the worst teacher I have ever experienced. He plays favorites way too much, mostly to the people who sit in the front row. Not helpful, hard of hearing, and sucks at explaining things. Granted it is a collegiate level Chem. II class, Wiley makes things a lot worse than they should be. Plus, a quiz everyday! Steer clear of this old man.

Very nice old man! The class is pretty hard, as it should be because you're taking a college level advanced Chemistry course! It's fast paced, so you always want to go to class and really pay attention. There are daily quizes and lots of points in the class. He also has bonus points which really help your grade! It's a tough class, but it's doable.

Ok I got a solid A in Chem 1. I was hanging on with a C- with him in Chem 2. He plays favorites to girls and loves if you sit in the front row. How well you do in the class is based on how many study sessions you go to before every class... I would recomend someone else. You will learn a lot but your grade won't show it. Quiz everyday...Boo

Great professor! Helpful, funny, and smart. This class is very hard and fast paced. If you take this class, make sure that you've had a lot of chemistry or else you'll fall behind easily. Wiley is always willing to help, and his jokes give you a break in class. Make sure you're committed to doing a lot of hard work before you sign up for this.

Very confusing. Very hard test. Problems on test are sometimes nothing like any practice problem you will do. Nice guy with funny stories. I do not suggest him if any problem learning Chem. Very hard class.

hated this class. he confused me the way he talks and messed up his own work on the board. go to study sessions keep up in the book it is possible to do decent in the class 50 % is passing. quiz every day. tests very hard

Awesome professor! Always available to help. The material is tough stuff but if you make it effort it is very manageable. Wiley is one of the best professors I've ever had. His stories can be entertaining and give ya a break from the hard work!:) Definitely recommended.

Hes is a great pro. He might tell a story from time to time but he keeps the class fun. He is always available to answer any questions, and is very willing to do so!!! If you go to the study sessions they help alot and will help you on the daily quizes. Hes is one of my favorite professors!!!

GREAT guy!! He does get sidetracted with storied every now and then. But he has a lot of useful information as well. He's very helpful. Just go talk to him. quizes are VERY nice. bonus points encourage you to ask questions. he's my fave prof!

Nice guy--sometimes a little annoying, but he's happy to answer questions and takes an interest in your learning. He does everything possible to help you get a good grade; including tons of bonus points and even make-ups on tests.
