This class was HORRIBLE!!!!! He just read the slides the entire class period. I hated going to this class. He needs to make learning more interactive!!! I wouldn't recommend this class! Professor Herrick was really nice though!! he really gave me a grade I DEFINITELY didnt deserve. Thanks if you're reading this Professor Herrick!

Easiest A I ever got. I only went to class on test days and memorized old tests. He uses the exact same questions over again. It's too bad he's impossible to listen to because I was actually hoping to learn something. Very nice guy though.

This guy is a really cool guy even though he is really boring in class. I went to his office hours before class and he went over some tests with me and gave me extra points just for going to his office hours. Also if you go to a majority of the classes he will boast your grade up a level grade. Really down to earth guy. Easy B. Take this class!

Hmmmm....If you can handle thursday night bouts of being bored, this is the class for you! Easy material and student friendly grading system makes this an easy A. For those getting the exams from previous semesters....Sucks when he changes one word in each question and you fail with a 44% huh?? Read the notes, go to half the classes and get an A.

A very nice guy who teaches on the side. The class itself was boring because he lectured in monotone literally the entire 2hrs&40min each class. I looked forward to test days just so that there was an hr of no lecturing, but right after the test he's back lecturing that same class period. I also felt like I was the only one not cheating.

just ask students from previous semester for test...forget about studying.. i never studied and went to class just in time for quiz and got a B...i did bad on the first 3 quizes and aced my last 2 test and got a b on my final and got a B in the class....No studying too!!!that's amazing

How slow and repetitive can one person be? Yeah the notes are online but the questions have little relevance to what’s being taught. Bored out of my mind!!! Learned absolutely nothing! People who did well had the test from the previous semester. This guy leaves the power point slides up for 45 minutes and just rambles very slowly.

Nice guy. Read the notes and you'll pass. HOWEVER, he is sooooo boring. He is very monotone. If you go to class do other homework... He'll never notice. If you don't do something else you will want to pull your hair out. It's horrible to sit through class, but it's an easy class.

AAAHHHHH!!! Probably the MOST boring class I have ever taken. Save yourself the sanity, don't go to class. I never went unless there was a quiz, read through notes posted on ECR and got away with an A-. Quiz almost every other week, covers same things 2 wks in a row. I felt like I was in a Charlie Brown episode...

Watch out class has changed. No longer an easy spoon fed class. Tests are multi choice but very tricky. Memorize the notes and even then its not easy. Test every other week 6 total.

prof. herrick is very mellow and cool, perhaps too mellow but this is a chill class on a thursday night to just kick back and relax. he spoonfeeds you the material so there's basically no excuse not to do well, and he gives you an attendance bonus.

He is very boring and is not good at public speeking (he uses uhh every other word). There is one paper and 2 tests. The test are difficult but the info is all on the ERC. He does give credit for atendance because no one wants to go.

This is a very boring class. Bring something in to occupy yourself during lectures. Tests are pretty hard but they come from his notes, which are on the ECR. Don't need to come to class, just print out notes. There are 2 tests and one paper.
