Comment:

Roohani gets a bad wrap but hes actually a really good guy. You get used to his accent and if you go to class, he will recognize you and you will do well. Everyone was doing bad on our exams and he gave extra points to everyone to bump up our grade. Go to class and at least pretend to listen and you can do good.

Comment:

Professor Roohani has a thick accent and speaks softly. His dry humor is actually pretty funny, but he cannot teach. His accent makes it impossible to understand him and I have literally learned next to nothing in this class. The tests are ridiculously short and somewhat easy but if you want to learn something about accounting, don't take.

Possibly the worst teacher I have ever had. All he does is mumble in his accent during class. Basically had to teach myself everything because nothing he said made sense. Try to avoid taking Roohani if at all possible.

Great guy, but not a very good teacher. He speaks very softly and doesn't make the class very exciting. However, it's not that hard of a class at all so as long as you know the basics, you'll be fine. The paper is a drag though, be sure not to start it at the last minute.

Roohani gets a bad wrap. He is extremely unclear, and yes he doesn't really answer your questions (and when he does his answers need much clarification) but he is such a nice guy who will work with you if you show effort. He is not a tough grader at all, tests are tough, but read and write EVERYTHING he says in class in your notes and youll be fine

Wow, where do I begin? This man is a terrible excuse for a professor and Bryant University should be ashamed for employing such a human. I've learned nothing in a class that probably should be valuable. Very hard grader, terrible personality, tests are hard because you don't learn anything. The guy sucks and it sucks that we have to take him.

Roohani is literally the worst teacher that I have ever had. He mumbles when he speaks and his voice is barely audible in the room. Never really teaches you the materials, just expects you to read the book. The average class consists of him arguing with students over whether he taught us something yet. This is the worst teacher I have ever had. To even call him a teacher is obsurd. Isn't clear about a thing. Claimed the book was wrong on a test question, gave no credit for to those who got it wrong. Do not take, this man doesn't deserve a teaching position. No class organization. Okay, he's a really nice guy and I actually like him as a person. He may know his material but teaching just isn't his thing. Students who go to class complain know as little as students who don't go to class. Way too unclear. NICE guy, but try to avoid. I feel like retaking it with a different teacher because I don't feel like I learned anything.

By far the worst accounting professor at this school. He is so freakin boring. Mumbles complete nonsense at the front of the room. Thinks he explains things but cannot teach for his life. guy is completely useless. by far the worst teacher ive ever encountered in my college career. i have a good grade so im not complaining about failing. just take a different professor. he is wasting everyone's time and money being here. i think he was only hired because he worked for PWC once

He thinks that he teaches his students while in fact he wastes everybody's time. Don't ask for clarification on assignments, because he will confuse even more. Avoid if you want to learn something and get your money's worth.
