I would have to say that this was my easiest class this semester. Dr. Feltner is a hoot! She is very nice and likes to tell it like it is. She reads straight from the powerpoint slides, injecting some other information intermittenly along the way. The tests were really simple, about 4 online and the last 2 were short answer take-home tests.

She is a wonderful, fun, loopy teacher. She is one of the funniest prof. I have ever met. She will give you enough ec to allow you to pass. Just come to class and listen and she will make you laugh. Plus you get to learn a lot about nutrition. I promise she is great!

This class is sooo boring! The material is very easy to understand. She reads everything right off the notes (that you print off) so you know what is going to be on the exams. She talks to us like we are First graders. She needs to be a little more stern, because some people might try to take advantage of her kindness.
