AMAZING woman. Cares for her students just as much as her subject. Offers her own time outside the school to assist and will even supply you with her own sources for your papers. I had many classes with her and they are all fair and very enjoyable. If you like classics take her while you can. Her exam review is THE BEST ones ever given out at LU.

Dr. Katary is fabulous. I've had her for on campus and correspondence and she is awesome. Hard but fair, she gives a lot and and she expects a lot. How many profs do you know that teach courses at home when the school doesn't want to offer them? She does! She is very encouraging. And it's true, her exam review information is the best bar none!

I've had a few classes with Sally, and she is wonderfully amazing. I love being in her classes, because she is so nice, and full of information as well as anecdotes. She's willing to help her students however she can, and obviously loves her subject. Sometimes, however, she comes off as a bit nervous. Still, great prof!

Was very helpful and understanding. Interested in helping you with your acquiring the knowledge. If you like classics, and can keep up with the course work (not hard), then you'll want to take her class. You'll learn a heck of a lot.

I would say she is a very well organized individual. Though I have no idea what the main focus of the class was, spread out over to much information, I have never gotten below 80% on a paper until I failed both of hers, and I am a masters student. I just had no idea where the focus was if there was any at all.
