Hes nice and an amazing person but the online stuff really wasnt for me. The lectures were nice but you have to be at the class so then you can write notes. The tests were a little hard for me. Whatever you write down is what you have to study from. I enjoyed the class but the tests/online quizzes were what made it hard for me.

Mr. Joseph is a great Teacher but his class is tough . He gives long lectures goes of topic most of the time so you dont know what to write down half of the time . Gives you 45 multiple-choice and essay for 40 minutes For all inside class test . His hand writing is really Terrible On the board you cant really understand .

Mr. Joseph is an amazing human being but his class is so tough he gives long lectures and tells you what the test is based off of but when the test comes nothing that was taugh will be on it he expects you to complete 45 multiple choice questions and an essay within 50 mins. He has to lighten up

If you're taking this class get ready to ride the TRUMP TRAIN. How could an educated adult be so in love with the Orange President? I was baffled. If you can look past his strong pushiness of politics and telling anyone who is a liberal that they are dumb, you might enjoy the class. Tests weren't easy.

I had Sam for Sociology and Abnormal Psych. He's a good teacher! However, if you don't do well with lectures and no notes to fall back on this is not the class for you! His whole class was taught verbally and whatever you wrote down was what you had to study from. Make sure you look over his online tests as well!

He is a great person, and great professor. I would absolutely take him again/recommend him to someone else. Listen and take notes, do the online work and study. Attendance is mandatory, but gives you a few breaks. Goes out of his way to help his students.

Great guy and a great professor. If you listen to him and take notes, you'll get an A. Do the online quizzes and you're in the clear. He even allows 2 skips but will give you more if you have a reason.

Lecture class, all from power points. There are 4 tests, 250 pts each (2 in class, 1 final, 1 is from the homework). You have to buy the access code to MySocLab to access the homework assignments. The homework is 25 questions and is due every Sunday or every other Sunday. You can take the homework quiz as many times as you want (easy 250 pts)

I had him as a teacher last semester and it wasn't a hard class at all. I barely showed up and got away with a B. His tests are very easy too as long as you do the online assignments. He is a very nice and understanding guy.

The online tests answers and information were only from the book. His notes did not help while taking those tests once a week. Not very many in class tests so you do have many chances to do well on the tests if your not a good test taker. He was a very nice guy.

I have received all A's at LCCC, this is the only class I got a C in! I did not like him as a teacher. There were only 3 tests in his class, if you do well on taking tests only you'll like him. Unfortunately I rely heavily on writing, which there is none in his class.

Mr. Joseph's class wasn't necessarily difficult as long as you were respectful of him and his time. DON'T dish out the $200 for the book instead, use the online one within the mandatory online aspect of the class. Tests were ok, but you definitely need to study (I'm a crap tester, hence the "C."). I love that he still remembers me a year after!

Really great prof. He's really funny and explains the material in a way that you can understand. Quizzes are online and open book. They really help your grade. For tests, study your notes and you will be fine. Essays on tests are main topics from the material. Fair grader. I had him twice and would take him again. One of my fav profs.
