One of the most genuwine teachers I have ever met, he truly cares about his students, and his students care about him. I would reccommend him to anyone, I had him for Micro and Nutrition. I learned more in his classes than any other class I have ever had; he is extremely knowledgeable in his teachings. His test reviews are great as well!

I love Dr. Moss! He is one of the most intelligent professors I have ever had. His class is not a cake walk but he is extremely fair and gives you a study guide that is accurate with the actual tests. He truly loves to teach and interact with students on a daily basis. I know many students that come from other schools just to take his micro course.

This man is amazing. He knows the material from the top of his head, which is one of the most impressive things I have ever born witness to. A very interesting and interactive class. Never has there been a dull moment. I highly reccomend Kirby.

Kirby was great! You definitely knew what to expect. He doesn't take any bull, though. So be ready to learn. The powerpoints were ABSOLUTELY the best. He really wants you to succeed. He doesn't just give you the grade, but he helps you get the grade you want. Great class!

Mr. Moss was able to cover all of the information while keeping the class easy and low-stress. He e-mailed his students his power-point notes. I'm in the military and had to miss a lot of the classes, but he was very understanding and helpful.
