Comment:

Dr. Ciocci is one of the best professors and human beings youll ever meet. She makes every student feel cared for and kept so many of my colleagues and I motivated as undergrads when things got tough. As a grad student at another university now I always find myself wishing I still had her as a professor because she really is that amazing.

Ciocci is my queen. She's an amazing professor and she always has funny stories to go along with what you're learning which makes it easier to remember and understand the material. Her tests can be really hard because sometimes her wording is weird but she'll help you as much as she can. TAKE HER FOR LITERALLY EVERYTHING POSSIBLE.

This class is hard, but with Ciocci it is way easier. She is as helpful as can be and gives study guides and everything. You still need to go to class, take notes, and study but it will be easier with her. Also, you need the book for the stupid online thing but never actually use the book.

Prof. Ciocci is an incredible professor. She has a lot of experience as an SLP and tells a lot of applicable stories during class. She really knows her stuff, but also understands how to teach it well to students. She really, really cares and you could probably ask her anything. Take her if you can!

Awesome teacher! She is hilarious but she cares about how you do in her class. Her quizzes and tests can be a little bit tricky. You have to practice what you learned to succeed. You do the Grandfather Project and that helps your grade a lot. She's a great professor.

Absolutely love this woman! great professor and a joy to be around! The only downfall is her tests can be really hard,& she has trick questions with answers like A_ B_ C_ D: A and B E: B and C And say the answer is D:A and B.. If u just put A you don't get any partial credit, you get the entire question wrong

Dr. Ciocci is by far my favorite COMD professor. She's super nice and doesn't pick favorites. She's very encouraging too. Definitely take a class with her before you graduate since her classes tend to be fairly easy.

Dr. Ciocci is the best professor I've had at BSU. She is helpful and always there when you need her. Tests are very difficult but she gives you online quizzes and projects to make up for it. Ask for help if you need it. Very understanding. Her lectures are long but she is entertaining. In AR she doesn't use a ppt so be prepared to take good notes.

Easiest class you will EVER take here! I took it online. You just have to make sure that you don't miss any deadlines, which can easily happen if you're not careful since you don't meet in class. A lot of the mc Q's are phrased directly from the book. You just have to do a little digging and you can always find the answers.

Had her for Speech A&P. If I had taken a different professor I would have been more prepared for Speech and Hearing Science, but she stressed what we NEED to know for ASHA and that was extremely helpful. Instead of having very comprehensive and overwhelming exams, she pointed out what was most important.

I look forward to coming to class! Prof Ciocci always makes class interesting, is extremely personable and loves what she does. This attitude comes across in her teaching and while in some classes I have to study really hard, her lectures just sink right in! I've had her for two semesters and I made sure I signed up for one next semester! LOVE HER!

She is a good teacher and a very nice person... However, she does not stop talking and does not give breaks during our 4 hour class! she tells a million stories which have nothing to do with the material. its just a waste of time. why not finish the material and let us go home? we have things to do!
