I took Sandra for the same Shakepeare class. Obviously...I know the person below and saw his final presentation. He did NOT know his play and was clearly winging it. I had Crews for a Shakespeare for Teachers course. She should not be teaching this class. She has never taught Shakespeare to High School students and doesn't grasp the way an adolescent comprehends literature. Because she knows all of Shakespeare's plays, she was quick to point out when the class was not interpreting the play the "correct" way.

Sandi is the wisest and most perceptive teacher I've ever had. Her insights are razor sharp, and I'm a better actor for it. She challenged me to be someone else, and I never did that before. Great, but now that I'm someone else, I can't be me anymore. I've tried to find me, but I think Sandi's trapped it inside that little purple box she carries.

One of the best professors I have had at WSU. I took her Teachign Shakespeare class and if you want to be a high school English teacher, I highly recommend this class! It was very beneficial and fun! Very inspiring professor!

She knows what she is doing and can really help you to find your inner actor. She is great in taking you out of your shell and just allowing you to show all you've got. Just don't get on her bad side though. Just give the lady what she wants and you will grow to love her. Don't be scared, she has a heart of gold under that mask.

I love Sandi. She is a great teachers, knows what she is doing, and can help you so much. When acting, she can tell right off what you are doing wrong and is great on helping you figure out how to change it. Just a great and fun person.

The biggest influence on my acting career ever given by one person. Sandy gives it to you for real, no BS. If you can't take her class, you can't take the real world, simple as that. If you fear her, then you fear yourself because she will bring out the depths of your character and hold the mirror up to your flaws and skills. The will make you the best actor, or you will crumble.
