Although her class was boring, good teacher who knows her stuff. She tells you exactly how she wants the papers written and exactly how to do them. You need the books for the papers and she gives you a pretty long time to do them. Her classes were long, but bring your laptop and say stuff once in a while and she'll be nice. I recommend her.

ok seriously... don't even try it.. she doesn't make sense and even if you go to class she won't give you a good grade... avoid her if you can..esp if you are an anthro major like i am.. save yourself. tries to help but sucks at teaching.. says the same thing every day.. annoying!!!

You read 3 books, one is her own book, will kick you out if you dont read. 2 papers, both wicked easy. Tests arent bad. Gives you a study guide, powerpoints, and in depth talks on the reading. I fyou read and take notes you are golden. She is nice to those that show up and do the work!

Took her for Native American History which I figured was an interesting topic. Unfortunately she has the ability to make any topic unbelievably dull. Time literally crawled by in this class. I can't stress enough how boring this woman is. Don't take her unless you absolutely have to.

i took her dvd course on latin american history, there is a lot of reading and the dvds can be very boring they are pbs specials...if it is something you are interested in learning about i would say take the class, but if you not interested at all it might be hard to get through

Oh god the worst class. Painful to sit through, so boring. Her tests are moderately difficult but she is nice and a fair grader. Gives extra credit and passes out an attendence sheet daily. If you can sit through it and take good notes you'll do fine. All her tests are on the notes she gives you.

She is very nice, but very boring. Better outside the classroom on study tours. Her feminist (support of women's rights) often confused for "guy bashing". Not good for non-anthro. majors. Take Dr. Brenner instead!
