Dr. Sundberg has made history amazing all over again! This is not a class where you can fly by the seat of your pants. You will require to pay attention and write excellent notes. The lectures and powerpoints are what you will use for a study guides. If you get into trouble or you are struggling she will make a strong effort to work with you.

This class is NOT worth your time. She does NOT prepare students for her exams. She does NOT have a clear outline of what could be on the test. She does NOT provide a study guide. She does NOT provide the tools needed to suceed in her class.

Dr. Sundberg is an amazing professor. If you come in thinking it will be an easy A, you will not succeed. Her lectures have brief powerpoints and rely heavily on her speaking. If you do the reading, pay attention during lectures, and ask her questions when you need help, you will succeed. I have loved every class and interaction I have had with her

Honestly I'm struggling so much. I don't think I have ever had such a ridiculously difficult time in a class. She jumps all over the place in her lectures and doesn't talk about the important stuff. The tests have things that we haven't talked about and she doesn't give us a study guide. I'm considering dropping the class because it's not worth it.

Dr. Sundberg is a great instructor - extremely knowledgeable and goes out of her way to pass on that knowledge. She is lecture-heavy, but in her Rev. & Rep. class, you will play a reenactment 'game' to really understand the conditions of the time. Great teacher, several papers but the due dates for all assignments and tests are spread out evenly.

Sundberg 's class is based off of 2 exams, 2 incredibly small (point-value wise) papers, and the final. Your notes are supposed to be your study guides, however it's hard to make a study guide over 2 months of material. She also tends to go off on tangents, and you can't tell if it is relevant to the test or if she is just talking. DON'T TAKE HER.

Just show up to class and pay attention. Take good notes and study. As long as you dont slack you will pass. The only downfall is theres only a few grades in for the entire semester which is kind of a bummer but like I said just pay attention and dont slack.

AVOID HER CLASS!!! I'm a Social Studies Education major and excel in history classes, but Dr. Sundberg has ruined an introduction history class. Stops in the middle of her lecture to chase students down the hall if they leave class. Her powerpoints are awful, just a picture and a few words, sometimes just a picture. Tests don't relate to lectures.

2 tests, one small paper and a final. That's all what the class was. And every test covered a BUNCH of material. So if you fail one test, you're screwed. One of if not the worst professor I have ever had.

WORST History Professor I have ever had! The only thing on her presentations is a picture and few words. Other than that you basically have to write down everything she says. No study guides are given for the tests. She always complains about students using cell phones in class. If she made the lectures interesting, more people would pay attention.

Easily one of the worst teachers I've ever had. Does noting but lectures, and poorly at that. Puts slideshows up on blackboard but they are just a picture and a single word per slide. If she taught as much as she stopped to talk about phones, maybe I would have learned more.

This was the most difficult class I've ever taken, including high school. She doesn't have any notes on the board, no study guides on blackboard, and hardly any homework to test your knowledge or supplement your grade. You have to write down everything she says during class from her boring and hard-to-follow lectures. WORST HISTORY CLASS I EVER HAD

She gives random quizzes for participation on random days, shows you actually came to class. Tests are really difficult. Usually one test covers 4-5 chapters of info. Only three other assignments outside of tests and participation to get your grade where you want it. Power points: definitely take notes. She says a lot of info outside of the book

Her lectures are absolutely terrible and she is very hard to keep track of with talking. No power points or study guides to help, you honestly have to teach yourself. Worst class and professor I have ever had/taken, if you have this class seriously drop immediately it does not get better and you will leave everyday not learning one thing.

In all my years of school I have never had such a tough class. There are no power points to really go off of just a picture on a slide and you have to try to keep up with everything she is saying which is hard because her lectures are all over the place and not clear at all on what to note. It's mostly based on tests and I would drop immediately.

The class is all based on her lectures. Take notes and lots of them because her lectures are really the only help you will get. She does not make study guides and the powerpoints she posts to blackboard are vague and usually not the ones she used in class.

Notes in this class are the hardest I have ever had to take. No computers allowed, no real information posted to blackboard, and no study guides. Just strap in and try to write down as much as you can pull out of her incoherence. I can almost guarantee that there will be information on the tests that you will say was never heard in class.

This is an excerpt from my evaluation: "During the class period,I began to take a tally of how often filler words such as "uh" or um were used. Often this tally came to over 300 in a single class period. Also noted an obvious disdain when students were unable to answer a question due to poor lecturing on the part of the professor."
