To describe how amazing and wonderful of a teacher Sarah is in 350 words or less is harder than any class I've ever taken in college thus far. If I had to say one thing that separates her from other faculty is that she truly doesn't think of you as another student, she cares about you and your overall well being and will help you so much.

What you need for an A: Show up each day and do the routines (with reasonable effort) Do the projects honestly and follow the instructions Study for about 4-6 hours for each of the 2 tests (she calls them quizzes) There's probably an easier way to pick up the health gen ed, but this is quite easy too. Avoid if you hate 80s-90s trance/disco.

Whole class is her proving to herself that she knows the material. Not a great professor. Good for an aerobics class but definitely not for a science-based class. Not good at explaining any of the scientific concepts of the class-makes many students doubt if she even knows it herself. Crams extreme amounts of material so in the end you know nothing

Sara is a professor who really cares about her students and is passionate about what she teaches. HOWEVER, I found that she speeds through her lectures way too fast, considering the difficulty and depth of the material, and she tries to cram as much as she can in as little time as she can. Her tests are also extremely difficult.

Love her. Her class isn't the easiest- it's a lot of memorizing and material, but like any class if you want a good grade you need to put in the work for it. Like other people said, she cares a lot about her students and is so receptive to questions. Get to know her outside of class- she's a wonderful person.

Wonderful professor who genuinely cares about her students. I learned a lot in her class and also changed my perspective in my nutritional needs. She is very busy but will make time if you need to talk to her. Not an easy class or an easy A class. Need to put in effort to get a good grade. Take any class with Professor Thompson. She is nice and upbeat, but her lectures are way too long, speeds through slides, a very unnecessary class to for minors. The tests are obnoxiously long and we don't even learn the anatomy properly. We never learn bone anatomy and skip straight to muscles. This class definitely needs to be organized better. Too much info squeezed into 1 class

Easy A. She is so nice and actually cares about her students and their health and emotional well being. Yes, some exercise but not too bad! You learn a lot about nutrition. Easy essays and projects, just look in the books. I would9 only buy the book she wrote and look up others for essay writings. Just show up and hand in the papers on time for A

Sara is a beautiful person, inside and out. She sincerely cares about each and every one of her students. She is upbeat and fun, making the exercise parts bearable. This class will teach and PROVE to you that exercise and the right nutrition are essential to a healthy and happy life. I learned so much and I want to take another one of her classes!
