for the first time in my life I had theory readings that corresponded to the films we saw in class! lectures often turned into discussions and prof was open to hearing opinions even if he obviously disagreed. one of my favourite classes ever.

He's a bright guy. He knows what he's talking about, even if it's very monotonous. Course was very often quite dry, so if you have him early in the morning, get a good nights sleep, or just don't bother. Nice light work load.
