At first you are kind of turned off by Dr. Scott, but then you get to know him and he is an amazing person. So many students were too harsh on him. He was a great professor, full of wittiness and wisdom.

No, he's not the best professor in general. Written Comm II is a great class to take with him. He really encourages personal flavor in papers, and the subjects of your papers are flexible. It's a creative writer's haven! His lessons can be confusing.
