Comment:

Wissinger is super chill and willing to help his students. He is also very passionate about the material and tries to keep it interesting. My only complaint is that his powerpoints are VERY messy and difficult to follow, so make sure you pay attention, take good notes, and go to office hours for clarification. The tests were a little tricky too.

Scott is the man. I've taken four classes with him and he's my comp advisor. He is fair, helpful, and wickedly intelligent. Resembles Mr. Spock in appearance and Ben Kenobi in heart. He's a workaholic, so he can be hard to catch, but he'll always find time to help you. If he's unavailable, he's probably helping someone somewhere, it's his thing.

Great professor! He is really easy to learn from and is clear on what he expects. Is willing to help when he has time (which is rare). You only get 15 mins. per office hour appointment. The class wasn't too bad-lots of outdoor labs (which take 3 hours each week for the entire semester). He is a fair grader and will help you correct your work.

Love this man! He will help you anytime you need it. Sometimes confussing in class, but grades very fairly. I love him so much im spending the summer with him in colorado! If you don't take a class with him, you will be sorry.

I really enjoyed having Mr. Wissinger as a professor. He's a very down to earth teacher and lightens up the class with cute jokes. He is also very approachable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend you to take any of his classes.

Had him for zoology & an ES class in 1990.My father died unexpectedly during the semester and I had to go back to NYC for a week.He told me to take my notes & gave me an exam the 1st day I got back from the funeral.When his grandmother died (she was like 80), he was so upset for about a month.Insenstive man. I lost respect for him after that.
