Loved loved loved this teacher! So passionate about what he teaches, and wants you to succeed in his class. The course work isnt bad at all, dont be worried about that. He also allows for extra credit so if you mess up the first test its not the end of the world. Very funny and upbeat guy, very easy to talk to and communicate with.

"Sean Terry knows everything" is the mindset you should have while in this class. He whines that the class dismisses all of his ideas and how mistreated he is. He tries to scare the class by telling the students he has tenure and could fail them all. Also, no one is good enough for him because he has a PhD...in geography.

He's a nice guy and a pretty good teacher. Geography is really easy...test are just memorization, but its all in the notes. Food nights are fun. Alpha is easy until he gives a test (theres only 2 a semester).

Geography of food is the best class. Dr. Terry has you over to his home to cool a meal from whatever region/country youre studying. Very nice man, very nice family. Had so much fun cooking and eating yummy things. Knows so much about world issues and cooking. Great Prof.

Dr. Terry is a very easy teacher. He is very clear with what he expects from you on his tests and as long as you go to class and take notes you should make an easy A. I would recommend him for all ennvironmental and geography classes.

I hate him! You read something and then he pulls a list out of his ass and then you have to memorize it and recall the information on a test. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME if you ask me! I feel sorry for whoever has to take him in the future alpha classes! GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN!!

I really didn't like this class. It was very long(3hrs 2x a week.) Half the class texted their friends, played games on their laptops, or talked. When I brought a note because i got injured and missed class to go to the doctor he said it didn't matter the missed class would count against me anyway

An excellent professor who really cares about his students. His food nights were a blast and his tests are easy if you can memorize lists--lots and lots of lists. No essay questions here; just multiple choice and fill in the blank.
