Comment:

Dr. Hamilton is GREAT! She's flexible, and her lectures are engaging. She tells fun stories that help you understand. Tests consist of materials primarily from the lectures, but there are some questions from the book. She does small group work every once in a while, and you'll watch two films, then write papers on them. Do the work, get the grade.

She is a very good professor and knows what she is talking about. Her notes are just very hard to understand. Her exams are pretty straight forward and she always makes sure that students have their questions answered.

I love this class and I love Dr. Hamilton. She is so sweet and flexible with due dates in class. The class is very comprehensive and takes some time to understand the concept. A few group presentations, but if you understand the material the tests are an easy A. Wish I could take the class again!

Dr. Hamilton was by far my favorite undergraduate professor. Sometimes her lectures can be so complex , she looses students. I always benefited from the spin offs on the lectures by engaging in deep conversations. Although that happened, these were not exam questions unless they were extra credit. Wonderful professor all around.

Horrible professor. She is easily distracted and expects us to know information that even she admits that she doesn't know. She eats at the start of class and is very unprofessional.

This is not my first class with dr. Hamilton. In fact, I have had her three semesters simultaneously. I chose to do so because she is very good at what she does. If I ever have a question she is willing to give clear answers. She is very chipper everyday and brings excitement to the hard studies. I have learned more from her than any other teacher.

she will go out of her way to help you out if you are behind. the class isn't easy and requires your attendance but lectures make a lot more sense if you read beforehand. overall i would recommend her to any student that isn't a freshman (might be too difficult) also she's really good looking

Had her for both Personality and Behav. Intervention. Personality was great, study the book! Intervention, the tests were sometimes BRUTAL. The paper and presentation for the Lab will make/break you. Study book too! Lots of group work in each class. Very kind if you work :)

She's not too bad. However she does tend to over explain her lectures, making some topics seem harder to understand than what they really are. I mostly got D's on my tests. Do a GOOD job on the papers. They can significantly help if you're just getting by. As a person, she's down to earth and really knows Psych Theory.

She is a great at teaching Psychology of Personality. It's so interesting and the use of the films we watched really helped understand the theories we learned. You could tell she wanted the students to learn and succeed. There were 4 tests and journal entries. I got an A average on the tests but I also studied. Just come to class for review!!

Dr. Hamilton is awesome. Really nice and helpful, and she kept class as fun as possible for a 1st summer session THREE HOUR class. If you study and know the material, the tests are pretty easy. Just read the chapters and study the notes and you will do fine.

GREAT PROF!! learned a lot from the class, she goes right with the book. Then has review sessions, she gives some of the exam questions. she sometimes kept lecturing when it was time to go,got annoying had class right after, was late sometimes, rather then that take her!
