Has lots of stories to help relate to concepts but very hard to remember concepts still. He does not give you any idea of what is on the tests which makes it very hard to study for the Midterms and Final.

Not a very good professor. He spends all class talking about himself, which can be interesting but doesn't help you write tests. Unclear criteria about everything. Pretty much just memorize the textbook and hope for the best. I would not recommend him.

Very knowledgeable in his field and is quite funny (although unintentionally so). His slides are intense but he mostly tests out of the textbook anyway.

Deng is a very interesting professor I have ever seen. He likes to talk about his own experience to the class in order to clarify his lecture context. I believe he is one of some professors in Brock who really had professional career experience especially working for Fortune TOP100 companies. His homework and exam are not hard, just follow his ppt.

Not even stand for rating. Worst professor I have ever seen in my life, Doesn't teach anything useful and tells some stories from his own life, like I was the CEO there, I went there, I went here, I talk with him and all. Never take his course.

Very light material. Does not talk anything in detail. Shows little interest in teaching. Onlly talk about stories 20 years ago when he was with Shell.

He lectured the material which was irrelevant to text book. He once talked about man's bra which was a possible product in the future. Obviously he tried to interested the class, but students couldn't get this idea.. The most expensive textbook I ever bought for his class.. A lot of personal stories to show his position...

Prof Dang is spectacular. He has many good stories and is probably the most overqualied prof Brock has. I strongly think he has exceptional skills and would be fantastic to take him in more intermediate courses. I believe a lot could be learned from him. The course is good, he does an excellent job teaching it. Although the cases are very long.

The textbook (or just the slides for me) get you through the midterms and the exam. Lecture is essentially him speaking about his advertures trying to get a rep in Mexico to sign a contract, getting **** at the bar, being stranded in a New York red light district, how he lost money in the stock market. Most of us showed up just for the stories!

Memorize every chapter if you want to do well in his class. The lectures have absolutely nothing to do with the tests, group essay or final exam. The only country he ever talked about was China. Not a good prof!

Great if you enjoy reading from the textbook, or hearing about The Amazing Adventures of S.Deng and How He Saves The World This Week. Overall, the course sucks, and he doesn't make it much better. It's everything else you learned in previous classes rolled into another 400 bucks for Brock U.

What a waste of time! The lectures were nothing more than tall tales of Deng saving the world...again. Global business was the intent of the class, though the focus was all on China. US/Mex FTA got not even a 20 min. of his time, Europe 1/2 a class: and I'm suposed to take this guy seriously???
