She is a really sweet lady who really loves choir, but i felt she wasn't teaching up to the musical standard I'm use to, i feel my high school choir was more advanced, i would definitely audition for a higher choir if you have the ability

Dr. Neill is a nice person, but not inspiring at all. As a choir, we did ok musically but her guidance did not make us any better. Basically, as a conductor, she's just average and nothing more.

I have come to find that she can be spiteful if you don't do exactly what she wants. As a choral conducter she is at a middleschool level and gives a college choir easy highschool music.She is also inconsiderate towards her students in more than one choir by scheduling her concerts during other major musical events and demands thier attendance.

Dr. Neill is the most amazing choir director ever! She is so much fun and really laid back. She uses some outstanding techniques and makes singing fun. Dr. Neill teaches students to love singing and sing for the fun of it. I love her to death and would recommend her to anyone who just wants to have a good time singing!

OK. I love Dr. Neill, she is wonderful and she is one of the few professors who actually cares about her students. If you want intense, serious music for advanced singers and/or choirs, do not be in her choir, but if you want to have a good time singing for the fun of it, then I recommend her highly.

Dr. Neill is the most unprofessional professor I've ever had. She talks about other students and professors openly with anyone. Favoratism is rampant. In class, she treats students like the children she is teaching us how to teach. She did give us good teaching methods though. I decided to stop being a MuEd major mainly because of her!

Dr. Neil's great and is a really nice lady! The class is really casual and laid back and is about singing out of a love for singing. As a non-music major, it's a great way to have some fun and stay in a choir. If you're looking for a really serious, hard-core choir, take union.

She's a great person, and has parties at her house. But, her I don't like her teaching style. She doesn't finish songs. I don't invite my friends to our concerts becuase over half the girls don't know all of the music. Its fun, but a step down from my women's choir in high school.

Her choir was a joke; she picks the dumbest songs in the world, and does not rehearse efficiently. Concerts were not prepared at all; sometimes we didn't even know the songs. She also picks favorites and jokes around like a little kid. Does not remember names, either. But this is only with choir.

Dr. Neill is the greatest! She's very nice, personable, and friendly. She sometimes brings cookies, and she throws parties at her house. I consider her my director and my friend.
