His class is boring (all calc classes are) but you'll learn unlike many other Calc classes. Everyone knows Calc is hard. Do the homework, listen in class. He takes points off on tests for the little things, make sure your answers are precise and show all your work! One of my favorite professors at Baruch because he is the nicest by far!

Baruch Calc is made to weed out the weak students before zicklin. I'm a very good college student with a great GPA and legit to get a C+ in this class i had to be in the tutor at the very least 3 times a week starting from the second week and on. You must spend WEEKS preparing for the final they dont give enough time, i didnt even finish. GOODLUCK

He's class is extremely boring, if you are the type of student who can't stand same-tone lecture. Then don't take his class, he's not the kind of teacher who will arouse your interest in calculus. But he let me self study, do wahtever i want in his calls as long as dont interrupt his class. Fine in knowdge, but doesn't know how to teach.

He was a great professor . He teaches us slowly so people can understand better, which i think was great. The final department exam is extremely important because it will affect your grades for this class. If you fail the final , you basically fail this class. But don't worry because he will prepare you for the final exam. Study study!!!

He is a great professor, despite getting c- in this hard class. I must admit calculus is hard but he explained the subject very well and clear. He goes slowly and step by step to assure that his students will understand. He doesn't scare you about the final and he repeats what he say so you remember. you can tell he cares. He also curves too

Great professor. Puts up a lot of helpful material on Blackboard. Class was a bit boring at times, but it wasn't too bad. Do the homework, read the chapters/chapter summaries, and you'll be fine (all the tests are drawn from there).

Great professor! C++ can be hard but he explains it very well! Available for qs during and after class. 4 programming assignments, 3 exams. Pretty easy! Read book bec it helps!

Gives you as much resources on blackboard as possible, including solutions to textbook problems, P practice exam, chapter summaries, and uploads class notes after every lesson. Explanations are thorough to make you understand every detail. Professor doesn't smile much, but gives his best effort to teach his students and grades on a timely manner.

#1 he does not scare you about dept final. He TEACHES you calculus & will definitely learn heck of a lot in his course at such an ease. Professor Wong teaches you visually bc best way to learn a problem is to see the graph. He does not rush you at all. Shortens webworks &assigns hw from Larson. Txtbook hw are very very very helpful. Weekly quizzes 2 very short webwrks & ton of txtbook work but do them all. Don't focus on sample final too much bc you need to understand first. Puts up notes online

He lists all the steps you need to grow use to in order to solve a particular problem in class. Calculus isn't too easy, so there needs to be some dedication and studying. Practice and ask questions! He was a great professor and, though my grade isn't the best, I probably would've gotten worse with another professor. I'm grateful I had him. :)

Much has been said about him. Overall, he is a nice and cool guy. He gives 7 quizzes and 3 exams besides the departmental final. The best part is he teaches you some tricks and short cuts sometimes.. I am glad that I took his class. So act fast before seats are gone.
