Comment:
This professor is horrible. His test questions are extremely in-depth whereas his lectures are not. Also, he's super unorganized, hard to understand, and often asks inappropriate questions. His syllabus was poorly formatted and confusing. Exams were so bad that he had to put our class on a curve. I got an "A" with getting D's on the exams.

Honestly one of the most frustrating professors I've had. His syllabus is so scatter brained and its easy to miss certain things. His assignments were ridiculous you have to jump through hoops! And his test are open book but so confusing.

He gives incredibly vague assignments and too many of them for a 1 credit hour lab. Very unorganized with everything. Syllabus is confusing and if you ask him about it, he is as lost as you. Do not take this course from him.

DO NOT take an online class with him. Apparently in person he''s really nice but online he is very vague and unclear and unspecific and then grades harshly for things he never told you to do takes off points with no explanation and responds to everyone''s emails with the same generic unrelated stuff. So frustrating for an easy one credit lab.

Class was rarely boring. All tests are online: open book, open note, open internet. The lowest grade of the first three tests is dropped. Lots of opportunities for bonus points, especially if you sit in the front row.

An excellent teacher that's extremely lenient and understanding with grades. Always has something to say and is always pumped on what he's teaching. Top notch dude if I should say so myself.

He is a very intelligent man, very interested in what he teaches, VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND. We didn't use the book at all. He never meantions deadlines in class. Must watch the sylabus or you can easily miss a deadline. He does not accept late work.

Good guy, amusing, interested in helping you learn. He offers lots of extra credit opportunities, but they're unannounced. You just have to show up to class. Tests are rather hard, but they're open book, so it's not too hard to do well on them.

Take the online class, you can then use notes on the tests or have a friend help you if you need to. Very religious professor and the start of each semester apparently is a big religious debate about how the bible says 6,000 years but the scientists say 4.5 billion years and how both of these are correct due to the Bible's passages.

Isiorho is a great professor. He's very knowledgeable and humorous. Although his class is offered online, it's best to take him in person to get the full effect...you'll learn more.

His tests were pretty hard, but at least I passed. He never monitored the online discussion boards, which pretty much turned into a religious debate, instead of talking about anything remotely related to Geology (or even science!).

Isiohro is a great instructor. He's passionate about what he teaches and he's funny which makes class interesting. His syllabus can be confusing so make sure you read it from front to back at the beginning of the semester and continue to check back to make sure it doesnt change.
