If you are looking for a super slack teacher that you can convince to have class outside/end class early/do whatever you want her to, then you should take Dr. Stef. However, she grades really weird and her assignments are confusing. She's really unorganized but she will go out of her way to help you but sometimes it still doesn't help.

She's very nice and an easy teacher. Only issue is that if you want to learn, you might want to look elsewhere. Even if you read, grades are almost handed out between a B+ and an A. I was given an A- for attending everyday and doing all of the reading. It's random but doesn't ask for much. You literally never have to read for her.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Stef. She makes me want to go to class. She is very entertaining and funny, and she really cares a lot about her students. She does get off topic a lot (which is part of her fun nature), but she still teaches the material. Unlike most teachers, she doesn't force you to memorize a whole bunch of material. Dr. Stef is amazing. Yes, you don't learn a HUGE amount in this class but if your schedule is loaded down with tons of other hard classes and you still need hours, this is your class. She cares alot about her students and is willing to help under any circumstance!

Dr. Stef is AWESOME! Im taking 110 and its probably the easiest A of my life. If not many people show up, she gives everyone a 100 on a quiz grade. We never have homework. And a small paper was our midterm and final. If you want to LEARN, this probably isn't the class for you. But for a teacher who cares about you and will give you an A, take her!

Dr. Stef is just about the most annoying person I have ever met. She treats you like you are still in elementary school and reads aloud every day in the most horrendous baby voice. Please don't take her if you are just looking for an easy class, because although she is easy, sitting through her class 2-3 times a week will be extremely difficult!

She is awesome! I hate British Lit but she makes it great! Attendance not mandatory but if you go when others arent there you get a ton of extra credit! Easy class! She's hilarious and gets off topic all the time! You will love the class, promise!

I took Dr. Steph for 209 and 223. Dr. Steph is a truely amazing teacher. Class is never boring and there are several, several opportunities for extra credit. Just go to class--not that you would ever want to skip her class. I still see Dr. Steph at the restaurant where I work and she still remembers my name. I want to be a teacher like her!

Awesome lady. I love her. Nice and happy. Def different. But awesome. You will get an A as long as you put in a tiny bit of effort. She is just so awesome. You need to take her for ENG 110. She isn't a normal professor. she danced in our class and gave everyone nicknames. She could be compared to a pre school teacher

THIS LADY IS AWESOME!!!! She makes class so much fun, and you will WANT to go! Her attendance policy is not strict, but it is good to go because she gives extra credit somedays for coming to class. ONE OF THE BEST PROFESSORS AT UNCW! A "must-take"!!!!
