I went to class every day, and will pass a 4.0. Lots of my peers didn't go to class, and will not pass with a 4.0. Stella has a way of making everything understandable, and helps translate our wordy textbook into conversational English. She provides plenty of practice problems, and her exams are doable. Go to class and listen, you'll do fine.

Stella is amazing and incredibly smart. Her teaching style is a bit confusing, but that's never stopped me from doing well in her classes because she's always available to help and she actually listens to her students. As long as you put forward some decent effort, she'll go above and beyond for you.

Comment:

Stella is a very nice professor. She makes a rather dry subject seem interesting. She is glued to the book though, which is good and bad. It helps you learn the book inside-out but on the other hand her lectures are very predictable. Took both Macro and Micro from her. Micro was more math and graph intensive, therefore slightly more challenging.

I bet she was a great employee working for some company, but to be honest she is not cut to be a teacher. Her exams are so hard and they make no sence. You can learn the material by heart and still you would fail the exam. Take classes with other professors.
