This guy can't teach. He puts overheads up on projectors, mumbles something random that doesn't make sense, and calls it a day. Expect to hear a lot about his alma mater and whatever other random crap is on this mind. Also be prepared for daily readings from some cheesy devotional from the 70's. Take this class if you're big into teaching yourself.

awful. talks randomly about nothing the entire class. the only reason i am doing good in this class is because i took AP calc in high school. He would be an awesome grandpa....but a terrible teacher. I guess he would be good if we were learning about penn state, columbo, or one of his many random analogies. he used a dart board to show us limits

Dr. Brown makes things very difficult. He loves random sayings that get on your nerves quickly. He makes the class much harder than it has to be. Not recommended.

Crazy. Just crazy. He has about 1,000 overhead transparencies that he puts up each class. He make analogies for his math problems that make no sense at all. and yes, I think he does love his alma mater. Really nice guy, but I would not recommend him if you actually plan on learning.

he has a frist grade approach to learning math but that is what some students need for this subject so in a way I would recomend him if you want a good grade but if you are only planning to get a grade that is the minimmum then pick someone else.
