Comment:

Professor Goodman is a very straight forward teacher. His class is easy (yes it is 100% based on the course packs, do NOT buy the book). The hardest part about this class is that it is at 9 AM and miserably BORING but you HAVE to go most of the time because he gives the most random quizzes. Overall, he's a great teacher and super nice, just boring.

Would highly recommend taking him. His course packs are set up like StudyCube which is nice because it doesn't waste your time and you're only studying the info you must know for the test. Don't need the book, just ready through the course packs and you'll be good to go. Attendance not mandatory but he randomly gives out super easy quizzes.

Attendance not mandatory, but he does give random pop quizzes worth 5% of final grade. Really boring lecturer as he teaches everything verbatim to the course packs. Don't buy the book, he posts course packs online. Pay attention during lectures as he has in-class example questions on each exam. Easy class, just incredibly boring at 9AM.

An hour to two hours of studying the night before each exam is probably all you need to get an A in the class. Seriously. 5 exams total. No book. Use the study guide with the course packets. You could get a 100 on every exam, no problem.

Easy class. There is a sign-in sheet, but you don't need to attend class. Don't buy the textbook. He gives 9 Coursepacks of all the information needed. He also gives study guides. 5 exams total; 3 out of 5 use math. Just study the Coursepacks/study guide and you will get an A. Tests are the only grades for the class so there's not much leniency.

Extremely easy class. You dont really need the book unless you are clueless about the concepts. He really enjoys what he is teaching but he isnt very exciting when he teaches it, so class is pretty boring. Make sure you understand the examples and you will get a good grade. One of the easiest 4000 level classes ive taken.

This class is easy even if u dont show up for class (his lectures suck and are super boring)...but if u study the coursepacks and the book you should do very well...i got a A- for going only on test dates. He also offers extra credit so do it if ur close to a better grade (u get 3% added on the total). Overall easy class & I learned some stuff too!

Extremely easy class. I did not attend class(he takes attendance but doesn't do anything with it) and only studied for ~1hr before each test and got A's. His lectures are excruciatingly boring - the reason I stopped going. No need for a book because he provides "Course Packs" that cover everything you'll need to know for the tests.

This is seriously the easiest class you'll take in the college of business. As long as you can teach yourself from notes, you only have to go on exam days. 5 tests total, and the final is not comprehensive. Makes it easy for you to understand the material and pass the exams - take him!

The attendance he takes is not for a grade, and it is not worth anything at all. He straight up tells you that. I never studied except for an hour or so the day of each test. He practically gives you the questions to the tests. THIS WAS THE EASIEST CLASS I HAVE TAKEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I promise you, take this class, and you will not regret it!!!

Very knowledgeable and easy professor for his class. ISM 4400 was an easy class. He uses some software in his class which you do not use on the exams. The guy was a classy professor who was always willing to help students. For sure one of the best professor at UCF. Exam 4 was an extremelly easy. We got 5 exams total. Most people got an A in class.

So far, the best professor I have had at UCF. Very clear, no surprises, don't need to have a text book (which was great!). Overall, great class. I wish more professors were as clear as he is.

Comment:

Easy class and there's no need to buy the book since he provides you course packets. The lectures can drag on, but he talks kind of like Christopher Walken, so if you get bored close your eyes and think of that and it will snap you right back into the lecture. He is a liberal grader, understands cell phones, and offers extra credit.

Dr Goodman's class is not hard, the only hard part is paying attention. He doesn't require the book because he has his own coursepacks. The tests are straight out of the CPs and they are very straightforward. Easy A is you study the coursepacks and show up for class. He takes attendance!

Great professor however his lectures can be a bit boring. He creates his own material "based" off the text and says in beginning of the term that we won't need the book. Provides study guides for his tests that are helpful and tells you exactly whats on the test and how he's gonna test it. Definitely recommend taking him!

It was very hard to pay attention in this class considering there were laptops sitting in front of us. But, he was always willing to help. Just make sure you attend all his classes in the end it will pay off. He will round that "C" up to a "B".

Easiest class you'll ever take. Most of the work you do involves basic math skills that you learn in middle school. Don't waste your money on the book because his modules cover all the material you'll need to know. Class is pretty boring since it's so easy and he doesn't do any class participation activities. Easy A, very little studying req'd.
