After reading some of the comment here I wasn't going to take this amazing teacher. please do yourself a favor and take this professor, he does review before every test. Practice test and exam are similar."The only way to learn mathematics is to do mathematics." U get the grade you have worked for. students drop because they dont study.

students have to understand that this course material is heavy and that is not the professor fault. this professor does everything to make this course easy for his students, he does work extra hour to practice test and exam with his students, he is an amazing teacher. i am glad I took him. if you are a lazy student this class is not for you.

I took his once a week class and had to drop because I would have failed. Kcenich is a terrible teacher and it is impossible to learn from him in class, especially if you take his once a week class. AVOID THIS MAN AND TAKE A CLASS MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK.

Comment:
Not a good professor, what so ever. Extremely hard to follow, very confusing , and does not respond to emails or phone calls. I absolutely would not suggest to take him. On top of being a difficult professor to understand, he has insulted students' intelligence in class several times. Very rude as well.

Mr. Kcenich is a genuinely nice person. I felt like he was there because he wanted me to learn and succeed rather than just doing his job. He is one of the most approachable teachers I have ever had. He is happy to answer any questions or stay after class to help out. He gives you the class notes on excel. Study those and you'll be fine.

Kcenich is a nice guy but a terrible professor. Teaches monotonous lectured from behind a computer. Supplies helpful notes if but with the amount of material covered in this course, he is probably one of the least helpful professors I've had.

Prof. Kcenich was a tad forgetful at times, but he does genuinely care about his student's success. Expect homework, and tests will be hard if you don't study-no kidding! I'm not very fond of math, but this class gave me faith in my math ability. He's a really cool guy. I get the vibe that he was a fun 80s teen back in the day. Take him!

Stephen kcenich is an adjunct so he works at different schools. He is very very unorganized. He looks like a schlep and loses stuff all the time. 4 tests (lowest gets dropped) and then final is 30% with 10% attendance. MUST SHOW UP TO CLASS. He is very unhelpful. MUST GO TO TUTORING. you will not get a B without a tutor for this class. Avoid him.

Comment:
The book is totally unrelated to the class, everything is on excel. He is constantly moving at 100mph during his lectures and he wont slow down. He loses train of thought easily and his only words for help are "its in the book." I would not recommend this teacher for anyone.

Professor Kcenich is very unorganized, many times forgetting whether he has your test or not. His study guides often do not contain material that will be on the test. Do not take him or you will have to teach yourself the material.

Sits behind his computer all class and types the notes on excel which are very confusing when you go and look back at them. Rambles quickly about the material without you catching onto anything. Soooo hard to pay attention

This was a mandatory class for me and I hated it. I got a B because I worked my butt off and taught myself majority of the material Homework isn't mandatory but he really encourages you to do it. Class is boring and he is really unclear when teaching. Hardest professor I had all semester not because he's a hard grader but because he's super unclear
