He's a great teacher. The material can be difficult at times but he is extremely helpful. He even held a study group for my class before our final. Do your homework and go to class everday and participate and you should do fine.

As a current accountant, former education major, I must say that he is one of the few instructors that I respected who was involved with the education curriculum. Very kind hearted and willing to help out at any time.

This is supposed to be a METHODS class, i.e. to learn different ways to teach math. This class was all about this absurd way to teach math called reform. The teacher could not even provide proper examples on how to teach this way, and then expected us to write reform LPS. This class has turned me off to math! Good luck with this waste of time.

I am a math minor and I have had to take 6 math classes,this is by far the worst math class I ever had to take.I learned absolutely nothing and I feel that he should be teaching us something that we can actually use when we get out in to the real world.I feel very cheated and I think it was a waste of my time to take this class.They need a new guy!

He attempts problems on the chalk board and messes up and has to erase them all the time.He stands there and scratches his beard and says hmm lets see here.He understands math but has no clue how to teach.His tests are nothing like his example problems or those he gives for homework.I recommend anyone who learns by examples not to take his class

Wonderful teacher! If you show up to class every day and participate you'll do just fine. He's very willing to help you understand the material, even if it's a silly question. Goes above and beyond to help his students and really cares for you to succeed.

I really like his teaching style, and while the class isn't overly hard, you still have to do work to keep up. He does lots of hands-on teaching, which helps clear up a lot of concepts that could have proven difficult otherwise.

He is a really nice guy. Although he doesn't always know what he's talking about, or can't explain some things. Some Calc/Pre-Calc knowledge is HIGHLY recommended for easier understanding. Tests are sometimes difficult.
