Picky about grading, but shows many different anthropological examples to make things interesting. If confronted with a specific question, he often cannot come up with a straight answer. Is passionate about Asia. Makes intelligent jokes, and brought in foods for us to try. Demands good work, and encourages discussion.

This guy is amazing, probably my favorite professor EVER. His jokes are intelligent and the classes I've had with him, he makes great use of Latin/Greek etymology to help you better understand English. Just do the work he assigns and take good notes and you'll be fine, he's not really a harsh grader, although a tad picky sometimes.

Lectures can get extremely boring and can't answer most questions that are asked of him. I was fortunate enough that he liked me but those that weren't, you could tell

Nice guy, and fairly easy class, though it can be very boring at times. Tests and quizes are pretty easy. Be aware that he is very picky about the papers you write.
